Dear fellow AGMS members,
The annual Holiday Dinner, Gift Exchange, and Officer Installation is scheduled for the 2nd Thursday in December. We hope everyone will plan to attend.
2017 DINNER INFORMATION
The dinner is being catered by PoK-e-Jo’s and will consist of hand-basted turkey breast, traditional cornbread dressing, sausage gravy, green bean casserole, baked potato casserole, fresh cranberry relish, homestyle rolls and iced tea. The price is $13.00 per person for the turkey dinner. As Angie, Mary, and I are vegetarians, we are planning to prepare a plant-based meal as an alternative to the turkey dinner for ourselves and anyone else who may desire that choice. Please indicate on the form if you would rather eat a vegetarian meal so that we can plan to have enough food prepared. The cost of the vegetarian meal is an $8.00 donation to the club to cover costs.
Desserts are a potluck so please bring something delicious to share. Click –>> HERE <<– to see what desserts others are going to bring. If you wish to share a bottle of your favorite wine, bring that with you as well.
If you wish to participate in the gift exchange, please REMEMBER to bring a labeled (Male, Female, or Either) wrapped gift (roughly a $10 value) for each person planning to participate

If you cannot or do not wish to make your reservation online, please call me at (512) 394-4414 to make your reservation.
You can pay Craig at the November 16th meeting. If you can’t make the meeting, you may pay for your reservations at the dinner.
Reservations and changes to reservations must be made no later than December 11, 2017.
We hope everyone can make it to the dinner.
